MEILLEURES products purchased online can be exchanged or returned within 30 days upon receiving the product, with the exception of:

• Customized products such as products containing initials 

• Items marked as final sale

**Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:**  

Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and has all tags attached.
MEILLEURES reserves the right to reject your exchange or return if there are any discrepancies with the item received or if packing instructions are not followed.

Steps to Exchange or Return:
1. Fill up the Exchange / Return Form
2. Our MEILLEURES client service team will acknowledge receipt of your Exchange or Return request via email
3. Follow the shipping instructions as stated in the email to ensure a smooth delivery
 

​For Exchange requests,
Your new item will be shipped out 1-2 days after your packaged has been received in our warehouse.

For Return requests,  
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5
business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
